HIBI cutlery rest 100mm

It’s surprisingly hefty for such a slim piece, the 65g weight keeps it stable even when I set down a heavy pot lid. I’ve run it through the dishwasher a few times and it still looks brand new, no spots or dullness so far. For under ten bucks, it’s a quiet workhorse on my counter.

The 100mm length is perfect for resting my chef’s knife between cuts, and the 8mm height keeps the blade from touching the counter. It’s sturdy enough to hold a heavy spatula without tipping, and it’s been through the dishwasher a dozen times already with no spots.

Dropped a hot cast-iron pan onto it right after searing and the 18-8 stainless steel didn't budge, not a single scratch. At 65 grams it's light enough to toss in the drawer but sturdy enough to actually do its job. Dishwasher-safe is a lifesaver since I'm lazy about hand-washing.
