ALFRESCO fork

We take these forks on every picnic now, and they’ve held up perfectly through at least a dozen washes in the dishwasher. The melamine and bamboo fiber mix feels solid but light, and I love that they can handle hot food up to 80°C without any warping.

The bamboo fiber texture feels nicer in hand than plain plastic, and the 176°F heat tolerance means I can leave it resting against a hot plate without worry. Survived the dishwasher’s top rack after a greasy barbecue with zero warping, so it’s earned a permanent spot in my picnic bag.

Took this on a camping trip and it held up perfectly through three days of stews and pasta. The bamboo fiber feels sturdy in hand, and I love that it’s dishwasher safe since I’m lazy about hand-washing. Just make sure to keep it out of the microwave, which is fine by me.
