ALFRESCO knife

I was worried the bamboo fiber handle would feel cheap, but it's got a nice heft and the melamine blade is surprisingly rigid. It’s held up fine in the dishwasher on the top rack a few times now without any warping or fading.

Took this on a camping trip and it handled everything from slicing fruit to cutting bread without a problem. The bamboo fiber build feels sturdy in hand, and I love that it survived the dishwasher without warping or losing its edge.

I was skeptical about a knife with a melamine handle, but it’s held up great after a month of daily camping meals. The 178mm length is perfect for slicing veggies on a small cutting board, and I love that it’s dishwasher safe.
